Picnic Pizza in Big Flats

Grilled chicken subs are absolutely amazing. They are always pretty quick. I'm not really a fan of thin style pizza though.

They are very rude....placed an order called me back and said we don't deliver that far, I said you have delivered to us before, as well as several of our neighbors. The manager was in the back ground telling the person what to say. She finally got on the phone, never told me her name and said we don't go there and have never gone there. I said regardless of the fact that you have delivered to us before, we are under the 5 miles that all of your ads say...she was very rude, passed the phone to the first person and told them to hang up

The pizza is good for the area and the staff is helpful. I like that they don't use cornmeal to keep the pizza from sticking to the spade and oven. No cornmeal on the bottom of the pizza makes for a better pizza. Their pizza's are a bit greasy.

An extremely under-rated pizza shop. The pizza is phenomenal. And the service is great. Two location, one in big flats ny as well as a smaller version within the arnot mall.

After my first bad review I gave it time and gave them another try now without a doubt I can not recommend ever getting food from this place they touch pizza with bare hands after dealing with cash the staff is rude and they messed up my order drastically and blamed me for it off red me a refund and then changed there mind immediately stay far away from this place

Have to add to this post I just left there and was applaud by the dude with balding blonde hair was yelling at a young guy trying his hardest to get orders out if this is way u manage I’m done going there and if you can’t handle ur job go look for other avenues
